It is not necessary to heat the tortilla before filling. It’s elasticity is required due to bending. On the tortilla, smear hot roasted red papper sauce in a thin layer. Over that stack salami, ham, salads, and other ingredients. The amount of ingredients should not be large due to easier bending and a more beautiful section. The tortilla roll must be well clamped, compact. Leave the tortilla for a short time in the refrigerator to cool down, and then cut the tortilla into snacks about 1.5 cm thick with a sharp knife.
