Tortilla with chicken and garlic

Tortilja sa piletinom i belim lukom

Ingredients:

6 Tortilla Mexicana Grandissima
400g chicken breast
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pepper
1 lettuce
1 red cabbage
1 chili pepper

200g sour cream
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast into 1 cm cubes and place in a frying pan to fry in hot olive oil. After the peppers, sauté under the lid for 10 minutes without water. Then add 100 ml of water, chili pepper (if desired) and chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Fry without a lid until the water evaporates. Heat the tortillas on a hot frying pan or in the microwave and coat with a thin layer of sour cream. Put the stuffing from the pan, roll the tortillas and put in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes to bake. If desired, you can also add grated full-fat cheese.
